Registration Fees

Conference registration fees include:
  • Two full days of keynote and concurrent sessions, trade show and health breaks
  • Thursday lunch
  • Welcome Reception at the Montréal Science Centre
  • Thursday evening cocktail at the Cœur des sciences de l’UQAM, including transportation to the cocktail
  • Friday Night National Awards Gala
Conference registration fees do not include :
  • Pre-conference tour (transportation included if necessary)
  • Friday’s lunch
  • Additional Awards Gala tickets are available for spouses, adult guests and exhibitors at a cost of $90.

All registrants will receive an email confirmation of their registration.

Please note: confirmations will not be sent until full payment has been received.

Cancellation fees

Notification of cancellation and request for refund must be submitted by e-mail to:

For requests received before April 1st, 2010, refund is 50 %. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 1st, 2010, or for conference “no-shows”.

Substitution of registrants with advance notification can be made without penalty.
CASC reserves the right to cancel or change any of the sessions or events published.
